We arrived at our campsite only to find out that there were no restrooms or running available. What was supplied was out houses that were in terrible conditions, filthy dirty, smelly, and no locks on the doors. I have been to many other locations where the restrooms were not working, and the manager/owner supplied temporary restrooms that were very clean and did not smell. They also had wash sinks attached. The ones that you supplied looked 50 years old.

Bathrooms were clean and the camp host was friendly and helpful. Campsite 59 is fairly small. Campsites 58 & 59 are close together without trees to separate the sites. It would be good for a large family needing 2 sites or for friends camping next to each other. We stayed in May and were awoken by a cacophony of birds each morning, be prepared with earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The hosts sid not patrol at night. Quiet time 10? Not at spring cove people being loud until 2:00a.m. and nothing being done. Tripped over an extension cord someone had plugged in at the restrooms from an old bus. Worst experience I ever had at Bass Lake in 40 years.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Spring Cove. We had a view of Bass Lake from our site (#3). The bathrooms are nearby. The camping sites are well maintained. Bass Lake is a just a little walk from camp. They have hiking trails nearby. It seems to be a popular spot for many campers.

the actual campsite is alright. it’s next to a great recreation area, close to Yosemite (1 1/2 hours from the valley), and the people were all friendly. however, when we were there the bathrooms weren’t working and the porter potty’s were dirty, and wasps would persistently bother you when you cooked at our campsite (campsite 20), making it difficult, and the summer camp next to us was pretty loud with trumpets and loud speakers, but not terrible. however, the camp host William makes up for all of that with his bright and hospitable personality. he is friendly and helpful. when our water wasn’t working, he drove us and his corgi, Corky, to the nearest water station and working bathroom, and then drove us back to our campsite, stopping to check in with every guest he passed. he is a lovely man with many stories who you should definitely make an effort to talk to if you reserve this campground. all in all, a good place to spend a few days, but not the best.

Next to a summer camp. Get annoying cheers and loud megaphone lady in the morning. All bathrooms weren’t working. Disgusting porta-potties. The roads leading to and from here by the lake are terrible

This is our 2nd time camping here. Now they have food storage boxes because of bears getting too close, and we got to experience 2 cubs getting to our camping spot. We were glad to see them pass by and because we didn't have any food out they just smelled and went away. It is a really nice and relaxing place and you can enjoy Bass Lake all day long!
