The bathroom sinks were not in working order but everything else worked great. The camp host was friendly and it’s right across the street from beach access! It says no cell service but I was able to catch some bars after walking around a bit.

This is a favorite campground of ours and has been for some 30 years or more. It appeared to be very kept up in terms of the campsites and bathrooms. We love the large campsites that each site affords. Lots of green grass to enjoy. The road in the campground is in need of some serious paving however. Great big pot holes all over. That is most likely something the government has say over when the road will be repaired, not the camp host, who was lovely I might add.

We had a great stay - no complaints at all. We walked across the street and watched the sunset from the bluffs, cooked a dinner, and had a peaceful night. In the morning, I got to see some very cool birds. Would definitely stay again.

The camp host was outright hostile when we had a second car on our site. We did not know that we did not pay for it and she was immediately impatient and aggressive. In twenty years of camping in California I have never encountered anyone as unfriendly as her.
