Campsite 8 had a lovely view of the beach. The walk was less than 15 minutes which made it better. The view of the stars late at night was spectacular. The camp site itself was a bit tilted but we were able to sleep fine. Being next to the host was not an issue. I did wish that they sold wood for longer but it stopped at 6:30pm. Also this place does not have a bear den. I will definitely come back but I would also love to see showeres one day. Restrooms were clean but the sinks were not usable.

Overall, my experience with the Recreaton.gov sight was good. The site was relatively easy to navigate and make reservations on . Unfortunately, only some some sites had photos but not all , including the one we initially reserved. The site did not have more than one level site fora tent. Fortunately, the campground wasn’t full and we were able to relocate to a site that worked well for three tents.

Great campground and fantastic hosts! We were met by friendly hosts upon our arrival. The facilities and grounds were very clean. The location was easy to get to, despite PCH being closed from the north. Mostly cliff views and few beach access spots. Such a beautiful area! We had a great experience and would stay again.

A great visit. Campground was very clean and quiet. Camp host's were excellent, grounds were very well maintained. Looking forward to our next visit.
