We received an email from you about a month ago alerting us that the Crags was closed due to weather events, and we would receive an update later. Two days before our reserved time, we got an email reminder of our upcoming reservation. We assumed this was our follow up, and we packed and went to the campground as scheduled. Upon arriving, we found that the Crags was closed. There was luckily a FCFS campsite nearby, and we paid once again for a site. We still have not received a refund notice from our initial reservation. You need to get your act together. The Crags site we had initially reserved was blocked, but perfectly clear and there was no reason it could not be opened, other than no host present.

Nice spacious camp, I don’t think there’s a water outlet but I was given 3 large jugs of water, restroom is kept clean.

Very quiet and so nice not to be camping right on top of others...Lots of space and the hosts are really nice! There are flush restrooms at the front and they are very clean.
