Camp site and camp host was great, but fishing sucked. They only stocked the fish once in two weeks

Very quiet and friendly campground, no electricity and showers but if prepared very enjoyable campground to stay. Very clean and near lakes around the area.

Our site was good. The table was under a tree which provided nice shade from the afternoon sun. The tent area was clean and level and made it very easy to pitch the tents. We were able to fit a 4 man and a 2 man in the area. I thought the spot might have some noise from cars driving around the campsite since the road circles the camspite but it was not an issue. The other campsites were far away that you almost didn't even know there were other people around. For the 4th of July weekend it did not seem crowded at all. The site was close to the restroom and once in a blue moon you could smell a slight septic tank type smell but it wasn't strong and only if the wind blew exactly right. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toilet paper. The only downside was that it's close to the main road to Twin Lakes and the road noise late at night can be a little annoying especially if you're looking for the silence of nature. On the plus side the stream noise drowns some of that out and maybe it wouldn't be as bad on a non-holiday weekend.

Great place go every year. It needs some maintenance since the flooding as it’s a bit tore up on the lower side
