What Guests Are Saying
Furnace Creek Campground is well-maintained with clean bathroom facilities and spacious sites, making it a great choice for campers. Many visitors appreciated the proximity to major attractions and the helpful staff. However, some noted that the sites can be close together and suggested a need for more electric hookups for comfort during hot weather.

This spot was amazing! We were able to get a lot of shade, and the parking is close by. The bathrooms were always clean, and the sink were super useful!

We had a great experience staying here for 3 nights. The camp hosts were friendly, and the bathrooms were mostly always clean. This was the first time we were able to book a reservation at Furnace Creek Campground, and we couldn't be happier that we got a site. This is the place to stay if you want a glamping experience, as there are restaurants, bars, a swimming pool, shower facilities, and a golf course nearby. We brought our own mountain e-bikes, so getting around was much more convenient without having to drive. Many roads were closed due to recent flooding, so having the e-bikes allowed us to access many of the attractions, especially Artist's Drive and Artist's Palette. Until all the roads in the park are repaired and reopened, I would highly recommend bringing your own e-bikes for the privilege of reaching inaccessible areas of the park.

Campsite was shady, quiet, very clean. Local funding has kept services active, despite shutdown. Funding is week to week, so this may change at any time.

Great location, clean restroom. For EV vehicle owners you should know there is an unfair EV charging policy applied to all regardless of your ability to limit electrical use to low amp draw I.E. trickle charge (5A). This policy should be reviewed in my opinion to allow some low current EV charging.
