Escondido RV Resort

We had a great time at this RV resort. Very clean, quiet and tons of activities. Big dog and kiddo park within the site.

Very clean sites but our site was narrow, so we feel a bit cramped. We had to depart two weeks early and had to call Sunland's main office to help us have the management at Escondido RV issue us a refund for the difference. When you check in you are issued a booklet of rules and regulations. No biggie but the management does not enforce any of them. Why have guests sign this massive rules and regulations booklet if Escondido RV does not care about the rules! This park was the most expensive park we stayed in over our two months on the road. We wish the park lived up to its cost.

Lovely experience! We live on our rv full time and had a wonderful time here. The kids loved the clubhouse - daily hot cocoa, cookies & games. All the staff is so kind and very friendly. As my 9 year old said “mom the ladies were so nice.. they made me feel so invited.” The kids loved the craft. They really make you feel welcome. The park behind is also a huge plus - great to play and walk. The grounds itself are beautiful - very nature and trees. We will be back! :)

Wow, just wow! So impressed by this resort! It's so clean and beautiful, the spaces are level and well shaded, great landscaping and amenities. The pool is warm and restrooms are very clean. The little park next to it was great for the kids. Staff (Emma & Chris) were so kind and welcoming, we will definitely be adding this to our list of places to stay again

Escondido RV Resort is one of the best we’ve had the privilege to stay at in the San Diego area. Beautiful grounds, swimming pool and other amenities. Bathrooms and laundry are clean and well maintained. Lower level sites are close together, but landscaped for privacy. (Site 68) The upper level sites are more expensive but offer more room for lawn chairs and visitors. I highly recommend this park for short or long term stays.
