Recommend Site #23. Great Campground next to Big Bear Lake. Lots of trees to hang hammock. Kids loved it. Will go back again.

Huge campsites, nice host, clean bathrooms, close to town and the marina. Very close to Snow Summit. Not sure what it would be like if the lifts had been running, but right now it was beautiful and quiet.

Camp hosts are awesome. I was one of about 20 trailers there for approximately 3 days. All was awesome except NO sewer dump at campground. Closest dump at Serrano, 5 miles away, and they charge you $10 extra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Restrooms were clean, good location not too far from town and close to lots of trails. Can be a little louder then some national park campgrounds. We have a class B so size wasnt a problem for us but something you better check if you have a large rig.

By far the most beautiful campgrounds in Big Bear. Conveniently located near the summit lodge so, there is no need to hassle with finding parking. The spots are very spacious providing room to spread out. A gold star to the Camp Hosts! They are so friendly and work so hard and do a great job of keeping the grounds exceptionally clean. We can't wait to book our next trip. Thank you Pine Knot for a great stay, see you soon! :)
