The site is close to the lake. It is clean and water is next to the site. There’s no cell service at all.

Not having drinking water at the campground is inconvenient but we made due and was made easier by getting water at the Lewis campground on the other side of the lake. By the time we left the sign was changed to drinking water at the tap which makes one wonder what happened during the week that changed the status. We have always drank the water at campgrounds at these high elevations assuming it was just lake water untreated being pumped from the middle of the lake.
The improvements to the campground looked great, good job.

Fantastic campground. Clean facilities as well as campsites. There are amazing camp sites with lake views. Will definitely be back and reserve one of those. We had a nice size site, but it had limited shade available. Did not ruin our visit, but did give us a reason to note better sites for our future visits. The water was warm and clear, a great place to swim and beat the heat.

It’s a beautiful place to get away from the city, but you need to come prepared with everything you’ll need, as it’s very far from the nearest store.

This was a beautiful campground! The camp host was very kind and helpful. We were alerted ahead of time the camp ground would not have potable water. Easy access to a beautiful lake. Pretty rocky shoreline around the water, so bring good sturdy water shoes. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome campground overall! Most of the campsites felt private and secluded enough that it never really felt like we had neighbors or were right on top of other people. One thing to note is that there aren't very clear paths or signs showing how to access the water from the campground. If you're someone who is looking for complete privacy or doesn't want people passing near your campsite, I'd recommend avoiding a site directly on the waterfront. We ran into a few unhappy campers while trying to get to and from the water, even though we made an effort to avoid walking through anyone's actual campsite. The camp host was super friendly and welcoming. He made sure we got settled in and helped us find our site when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. I also highly recommend bringing paddleboards, kayaks, or any kind of floating device to enjoy the water. It was one of the highlights of our trip! We'll definitely be back, 100% recommend this campground!

Wide space for kids to play around. However, it is close to the ground keeper. He keeps an eye on you and would remind you what to do/not to do during your stay.
