outdated information on the phone number listed to call on the campsite information and confirmation email left us unprepared for new fire restrictions and left us unable to cook food, all in all wasted trip

Clean, well maintained, quiet, could be better access to water. Our family had a great time

This location is perfect for groups. It has A LOT of space. Additionally, the Bathrooms are quite comfortable, and very clean. There was running water in many areas, and sufficient space for a lot of food to be stored away from bears.

The lake is somewhat hiking distance, but I would recommend driving there instead. You can go just down the street to where the Boats are unloaded, there is parking and you can go fishing.

The river on the other hand is close by, you can actually hear it at night which makes an amazing sleep.

Don’t count on reception. There is none. We had all carriers (AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile/Sprint), none of them worked. But that’s also the beauty of it, people will be disconnected, and connected to nature.

This is a Medium Level camping area, by that I mean that, there are bull ants around, as well as bunch of mosquitos. If you know how to treat nature, then nature will treat you right
