What Guests Are Saying
Arroyo Seco Campground boasts a beautiful location ideal for birdwatching and hiking, with clean facilities and friendly hosts enhancing the experience. While the campground can get busy and noisy, especially on weekends, many guests appreciate the vibrant atmosphere and access to nature. However, larger RVs may find navigating the access roads challenging, and some facilities require maintenance, but overall, visitors enjoyed their stays and expressed a desire to return.

Seriously one of the worst camping experiences we've had so far at a campsite. Loud noisy neighbors up drinking and having shots. The only only thing to do here is tubing on the river. I wouldn't come back here again

This was hands down the worst experience ive had camping. From the second we got to the camp site there was a large group of about 20-25 people, that should have been in the large group area, playing their music and yelling loud enough for the whole place to hear. This went on all day and night with the hosts doing nothing about it. There was another group that had dogs running around unleashed, again, hosts not seaming to care this was going on. You still have to pay for parking at the creak and trail parking lots even though you already paid to be in the park. When my daughter and i walked down to the creak on an early morning walk, we found trash everywhere. Nothing about this place was enjoyable and i advise you all to look elsewhere. I will never be returning.

The main campsite was very well maintained, with sites well spaced apart from each other. The river was a great recreation spot for the family.

It's my second time going to this campsite. The campsite is peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to unwind. No service for three days

Nice campsite, we'll be back. The camp hosts took 2 hour daily "lunches" and locked one of the showers for their exclusive use, forcing the rest of us into just one shower with lines. If you can overlook these minor inconveniences it was a great place.

Arroyo Seco was busy, even in the middle of the week. It was hot and dry...but awesome. We loved it! The campsites were clean, as were the restrooms. Bring a roll of quarters if you want to take a shower though (didn't anticipate the coin-operated showers). Lots of good hikes from the campsite, but good access to the stream too if that's what you're after.

Awesome place. Just wish the people visiting would pick up after themselves at the river.
