We stayed there during the week of Thanksgiving and it was an absolute delight. The staff were incredible, thoughtful, and kind. The food was fantastic. We had our 6-month old puppy and Firefall thought of everything for him. A bed, water bowl, a pup cup (or 5), and gorgeous grounds to explore. The decor was beautiful and clearly designed by someone who loves the place - I found myself writing down all the little moments I noticed Firefall's character. In the board games in the room for a quiet night by the cozy fire. In the s'mores the front desk cheerfully doled out each night. In the hearths around the property. We will absolutely be going back and I would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Firefall Ranch at Yosemite with our furry kid. The room was nice size and cozy. We loved balcony. But clearly room wasn’t vacuumed after previous guest. We found lots of long white fur on the carpet and even bathroom(our dog has black/tan short coat) Also one of the mug was actually dirty which had dried coffee stains/rings on the bottom of the mug….
Front desk and everyone was very friendly and nice. We felt like didn’t have a lot of options for food.( not much of selection at the restaurant on site).
They have good walking paths on the property. We enjoyed our morning walk with our dog. We would go back but probably ask them to make sure vacuum the room or wash drink-ware before we arrive:(

Our stay at Firefall Ranch seriously exceeded expectations. The cabins are super comfortable and cozy. We loved our fireplace and enjoying the deck. The beds were great. There were lots of fun things to do on site like hot tubs, a heated pool, mini golf, horses, cornhole, and plenty of games.
The food was outstanding and honestly one of the highlights of the stay, we also enjoyed their wine selection and bar drinks. There’s also a little shop with a great selection of snacks, coffee, tea, clothing, and other essentials, which was super convenient when we wanted snacks or when my wife forgot her chapstick. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt well run.
The location is perfect, about a 30 min ride outside of Yosemite National Park, making day trips easy. The drive in and out has great scenery and hiking along the way. We were there during the holidays and the Christmas light show was a really nice touch. Overall, it was a relaxing, comfortable stay with great amenities and amazing staff. I’d definitely go back!
Oh and there’s bicycles on the property you can grab and ride around!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, private, and we loved the high ceiling, fire place and private porch. We loved being able to ride bikes back and forth between our cabin and the different amenities. My husband and I road bikes pretty much our entire stay, it was a really cute little aspect we loved about the stay. The horse ranch was beautiful, the pool was warm and clean. We loved playing mini golf, sitting in the lounge area, and getting drinks by the bar. The free s’mores kits were soooo cute and fun and the little market had some really clean high quality options for healthy eating snacks at a reasonable price. We ate at the bar twice and had breakfast at the restaurant and the servers were so friendly and accommodating and the food was fantastic. The location was so conveniently located to Yosemite. Basically we loved this place and hope to stay again in the future. If we were with our whole family I think it’s a great place for a social environment while still having your own stuff to do, but even with just my husband it was romantic and yet super fun. I would 10000% recommend! We loved it here!

We just finished our stay and absolutely loved this location. Like most families, we searched everywhere trying to find the right fit. As a family of four with elementary-aged kids, we prioritized comfort and space. We considered the sister properties but ultimately chose the Firefall Ranch, and we're so glad we did.
The moment you walk into the cabin, a custom scent welcomes you in. The layout is thoughtful and uses space effectively. From ceiling to floor, the attention to detail is evident, right down to the ropes lining the ceiling. Our cabin (H-3) was within easy walking distance of the pool and amenities. We had a king room and a queen room, and the mattresses struck the perfect balance, not too soft, not too firm. The decor in each room is carefully curated, from the color palette to the blankets and pillows. What I loved most was the absence of a TV. The focus here is on nature and family time exactly as it should be.
Having coffee on the deck with the gas firepit burning behind you was relaxing espcially in the early morning when no one is up but nature and the ducks swiming in the pond.
The only cleaning suggestion is that the vent fan in the bathroom needs to be wiped down, and the cob webs in the rafters in the primary room need to be cleaned. Outside of that, everything else was properly cleaned and in order.
The general store has everything you need, to the point where you'll probably end up buying things you don't need just because they're well-made or smell nice. The coffee was reasonably priced, and the muffins were fresh.
The pool is spacious, and the two outdoor hot tubs were a nice touch. The main pool runs cooler, which can be a bit much for little ones at night, but that's what the hot tubs are for. The fireplaces scattered throughout the property are thoughtfully placed and perfect for relaxing. The s'mores fire pit is wood-burning and generously sized.
The on-site restaurant served typical hotel food, nothing bad, nothing spectacular.
A few minor suggestions: it would be great to have board games available to rent from the front desk. We brought our own card games, but having the option to switch things up would've been nice, though certainly not a dealbreaker. The ping-pong, foosball, and shuffleboard tables were a bit worn and could use some attention, but they were still fun. The bikes were enjoyable for touring the property, though they could use some maintenance given their daily use. The mini golf course was surprisingly well designed for such a compact space, and the playground was a hit with the kids.
Overall, we'd stay here again without hesitation. The drive to Yosemite is about 45 minutes to an hour to reach Tunnel View, but it honestly doesn't feel that long when you're enjoying the scenery along the way.
