Very clean, visiting the town is alway welcoming to everyone the shops are vey friendly, the restaurants are very clean, fast service and big smiles, the museum a must place to visit lots of history friendly too.
The river is always nice and lots of fun. Very convenience supper market.

The only complaint are the bathrooms they need to be cleaned more often from outside of the toilet not just remove the inside waist. using soap and a brush and hosed down at least

Headquarters has been our annual camping spot for 25 years. While the fires and big flood set us back, it has always has been a positive experience. This year was exceptional since Candace and her husband took over the management. I have never seen it so clean and orderly. They both work very hard to keep it looking that way.

Thanks to the camp host Candace, we had an awesome time at Headquarters campground in Kernville last week. The grounds were clean and nice as well as the facilities. It was a very quiet week and I believe the camp hosts set the very pleasant vibe that we experienced. Will definitely utilize this campground in the future. More hosts like Candace is always a good thing!!

This was our first camping trip with our 1yr old grandson, we were looking forward to it for a very long time. There was one night where a rowdy group of people two sites down who played very loud music and sang loudly and shouted and conversed until 10pm.
This went unnoticed on the Hosts duty to maintain order.
Our little grandson could not go to sleep and had a very restless night!!!
We know noises can go from 8am-10pm but gave some consideration especially if you see that your neighbors have a baby!!
The hosts did nothing about!!

Friendly staff. Located right on the river. You could see the Milky Way at night and lots of shooting stars. Try to get a spot that borders the river though. You don't want to be bordering in the road. Also be careful about being too close to the bathroom. It can smell. Also, check ahead of time if you can have fires.
