This place is absolutely amazing!! I have stayed at 3 RV parks in kingsburg (Riverland, Lindy’s Landing, and Kings River RV) and this place is the BEST! The property management and maintenance are AWESOME! To be honest….Carrie and Arthur (managers) are the most helpful people. Whatever you need, they WILL help you …even after hours. The pool and hot tubs are clean, sparkling, and heated. The gym is clean and has everything you need. All the staff are super friendly and inviting. KINGS RIVER RV is very well managed and taken care of. The maintenance guys and girl cleaning the bathrooms/ laundry area work their butts off keeping this beautiful! This is the most amazing RV resort in the area! Good job Guys!!! This place is LUXURY compared to the others 😉

November 2nd to the 5th After driving 5 hours. We arrived early. Around 11:30. Check in is 2:00. With the park near empty. We were told an early check was not possible until 12:00. And, there would be a $25.00 charge. Showers were, the ones that worked, less than clean. The RV park its self was very nice. Clean, quiet well maintained. The river, however, was almost completely dry. Making the dog beach all muddy. We might try again. Maybe a different time of year.

Our family absolutely loved coming back to Kings River RV Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The customer service here is truly top-notch, everyone is so friendly and helpful, which makes the stay that much more enjoyable.

The resort itself is beautiful and spacious, with large, well-kept grounds that make it feel open and relaxing. We especially enjoyed how roomy the sites are, particularly those along the river, there’s nothing better than sitting outside and taking it all in.

The amenities are fantastic and offer something for everyone. Our kids had a blast shooting hoops on the basketball court, swimming in the pool, and settling in for movie nights. The Friday night taco truck was such a fun (and delicious!) touch, and it added to the sense of community.

The location couldn’t be better, close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer, but still tucked away enough to feel like a true getaway.

We’ve been to plenty of RV resorts, but Kings River RV Resort is one of those special places that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of fun, relaxation, and great service!

Kings River RV Resort is our favorite get-away spot. We have been there at least half dozen times this year already and we are never disappointed. The management and crew are the best! They are very friendly and accommodating. They always/continue to provide superior service to their residents and guests. It is on the Kings River so it is just like going to the beach! Beautiful trees, grass and sand. Dogs are welcome. When you plan your next get-away, consider This RV resort. Can guarantee you will not find a better place to stay.

Great stay! Beautiful riverfront campground. Staff was so kind and helpful and even checked the sand for me when I wanted to switch sites. There were some tires but we stayed with the new site and had no regrets.
We loved the Friday and Saturday movie nights and the food vendors which were perfect since we arrived late. My child enjoyed the pool at night when it was too dark for the river. Clean restrooms and a very friendly atmosphere. We would definitely come back!
