Beautiful campground, well maintained, clean bathroom, friendly camp host. Hwy 5 noise 24/7 ruined my experience, left a day early, not relaxing to sit in camp. Launch fees a dollar more than on website, collection box was broken into and not repaired, anyone could reach in and take all the money easily. When landing my boat, someone i assume a wake boat put out a huge swell that almost put my 16 ft boat on top of the dock! I will never go to antlers again.

Didn't actually see the campground as we managed to drive right past "Antlers Campground" and ended up in "Antlers RV Park and Campground" which is an entirely different property. After a confusing half hour talking with the very nice folks in "our space" we managed to find a random empty tent site located behind the "RV park" section of the property. There was no one else back there and at least ten huge empty tent sites. We did not realize our mistake until we left the following morning and saw the campground we were supposed to have stayed in just down the road. This was just a quick overnight stop on our way to Yosemite so no big deal. The only other thing I will mention is TRAINS. Several thundered by during the night and they are LOUD. And prepare to be carried off by the mosquitoes.

Camped here two years in a row and really like this campground. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The sites are clean and level with lots of shade which is important during Shasta summers. Close to lake, launch, gas and groceries.

We visited Antlers mid October. It was mostly empty. We loved it there.
