Nice campsite in a beautiful area. You have to walk or drive to the lake but lots to do in this area.

We always love camping at Kinnikinnick. This is our 3rd year here and we will keep going back. We love the convenience of being so close to the little towns of Huntington Lake and then not too much further, Shaver Lake. Don't get me wrong...camping remote can be fun, but it's so nice to be able to run into town for something you may have forgotten. We love the location, and how close it is to Huntington Lake, Shaver Lake, Mono Hotsprings, and so many other hiking and adventurous spots. The camp hosts are always amazing too. It's so nice that they go around and check on everyone and keep obnoxious people quiet at night when the rest of us are trying to sleep at decent hours.
