Really nice rv park, lots of trees, wide roads and easy navigation into and out of the sites and facility. Shower and restroom facilities are really nice and very clean. Camp store, pool and other amenities are really nice as well. The dog field is a huge fenced in area with plenty of room to run. Sites are level and connections are very easy and accessible. The only negative is the cats that roam the park.

Other than the ridiculous population of feral cats pissing on everything, the park is what you'd expect from an average, near freeway, RV park. Reasonably clean. The staff seems like they could care less if you're there or not, but they do their job. Access from I-5 is good. The cats pissing on everything will prevent us from staying there in the future.

Clean laundry room. Nice hot tub, pool not heated. 2nd time we’ve stayed here. However, we will not be back due to it being overrun with stray cats which it appears is encouraged by management as there is food set out for them by office. I am a pet owner, but having stray cats under and around my RV and car was not pleasant. Also, dog park is down a hill and is completely flooded in rain. I would not hold location of dog park against them, just a commit for those wanting an RV park with dog park. Man at front desk nice and helpful. Lady at front desk rather rude.

What a great place to stay overnight.

We arrived without a reservation (in the off-season). The Security Guards guided us to a self registration board and to a great site. This place has paved roads, paved pads, red lava rock between sites to conserve water, and trees at nearly all of the sites. The pull through sites are good sized (approximately 50' x 25') and the utilities are in a great location relative to most campers and RV's (last 1/4 of the drivers side of the rig).

No problems with water, electric, or sewer (though the sewer does come up out of the ground about 3" so you either need a slope device (slinky, sidewinder, etc) or to walk your sewer hose after draining.

The restrooms were clean - showers with individual locking doors and a wheelchair accessible shower. No trash or messes left. The laundry was clean and priced very reasonable. The office has a little area for basic RV supplies and offers coffee, etc. The pool was clean and sparkling, but it was too cold to test out.

If I need to stop in for a short or longer stay, this is one I would choose again.

Traveling home (in winter) to the PNW after a month in CA, I was happy to find this Rv resort right off of Interstate 5. I was able to make a reservation online after hours. The park is large with paved, level sites. All hookups are easily accessible. There’s a heated pool, free coffee & tea in the lobby with snacks & Rv equipment for sale. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There’s a very large fenced dog park. The place is clean. I didn’t use the bathrooms or laundry but I peeked in & both were clean. I was just passing through but it’s in the wine country so I imagine there’s much to do in the area.
