Safety & rules
- The RV facility is available only for Elks in good standing and their accompanied non-member guests.
- Guests must behave appropriately; misconduct can lead to eviction without a refund.
- Guests must follow Camp Host instructions, including a 5 MPH speed limit; violations can lead to eviction.
- Alcohol and marijuana are not permitted in the lodge.
- Avoid overloading electric systems; using 50AMP to 30AMP adaptors is prohibited.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made the day before arrival incur a $10 fee and forfeit the first night's fees.
- For one-night reservations, late cancellations result in forfeiting the entire amount paid.
Check-in
- • For example, if your check-in date is August 4th at 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time (facility’s local time), a late cancellation would be any time after 12:00 am local time on August 3rd.
Pets
- Pet owners must sign the Pet Agreement.

- Pet owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

- Pets must not relieve themselves near the lodge building; designated areas are provided.
- Pets must always be leashed while on the property.

Check-out
- • Check-in and Check-out time is 11 AM.
Site capacity
- The maximum stay is 14 days, with a possible extension of another 14 days upon approval.
- Guests do not have guaranteed specific sites; assignments are made by the Camp Host.
Guests
- concessions, and judgment decisions of Camp Host, member, or employee are not binding on Lodge but may be overruled by House Committee. Guests agree to comply with all House rules
Utilities
- Electric boxes are for RVs only; charging electric vehicles from them is prohibited.
- Washing RVs or cars on-site is prohibited.
Vehicles & parking
- Campsite rental includes one vehicle; extra vehicles cost $10 per night, including utility trailers up to 20 feet.
Deposit
- • All discharge must be made at the on-site dump station. The fee is included with the site.
Parking
- out of my parking or use of the facilities, except for the sole negligence of the Lodge. I further agree that no claim for damage to my property will be made against the Lodge under any circumstances and that any rights of subrogation for damage to my property are waived.
