I thought I might not like the open camp sites due to minimal privacy, however, the open loop was perfect for my 5 year old to ride his bike around while we had our eyes on him the whole time! Will be coming back to this site.

Bathrooms were clean, however, camp hosts didn't appear to enforce quiet hours at all. Site itself was well kept, but not all sites are created equal: ours lacked covered picnic table in a spot with no trees while other sites had coverings.

It was very cold and windy that evening when we arrived (in June!). There’s no firewood around—just pinecones—so be sure to stock up on firewood in advance. In the morning, we discovered the beautiful June Lake nearby. The water was very cold, but we bravely went for a swim. We also witnessed some kind of air show—helicopters were either dropping people onto the mountain or evacuating them from there.

Our experience was amazing as always! Great location and friendly staff! Our camp host ET, was super kind and it felt like he was family. He made sure rules were followed by other campers and made the June lake experience perfect. Thanks again to all the Oh Ridge staff for keeping such a beautiful camp ground clean and pleasant to keep returning to!

Oh Ridge is a beautiful spot with trail access to June Lake, but it's also loud, especially at night, because of so many large groups, RVs, and drinking adults who are generally unaware of their drunkeness and volume.

Not much of a reason to stay here now that you have to pay to drive to the beach. And the beach gets full early most days. Not all loops have a bathroom so you can end up with a long walk to the restroom in the middle of the night. Will probably look elsewhere next trip.

Oh Ridge Campground is 350 miles north of Los Angeles and 150 miles south of Reno, Nevada. Take U.S. Highway 395 to its southern junction with Highway 158. Take 158 for 1 mile. Turn right on North Shore Drive. Go approximately 1 mile and turn left on Pine Cliff Road. Go 0.5 mile to campground entrance.
Oh Ridge Campground is accessible via U.S. Highway 395, which is approximately 1 mile from the campground via Highway 158.

General
- Reserved Sites will be held until the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of the second day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released to other guests. Please call the office at 760-934-5795 if you need to inform the campground of an arrival time greater than 24 hours after your arrival date, or if you will not use your reservation whatsoever.
- Please Note: One RV with tow per single site or one vehicle per tent site. Most sites can accommodate 1 extra vehicle that is not included with the reservation fee. In accordance with standard industry practices, Inyo Recreation will assess an additional $10.00 extra vehicle fee per day for the second vehicle in each single family campsite, and on the third and fourth vehicle in any double family campsite, provided these vehicles are not joined to the first vehicle by a hitch and towed onto the site. In the case of motorcycles, the first two are considered one vehicle, and the third and fourth motorcycle are also considered one vehicle. No additional vehicle fees are collected for bicycles.
- This is a high elevation facility; please use caution when traveling from lower elevations; campground usually not clear of snow until late May or early June
- Be bear aware; keep all food out of site in approved containers or locked inside your vehicle and remove all food from area after eating; always keep a clean camp and do not feed any wild animals; campground host has bear literature
- Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed. For current fire conditions or weather closures contact the Mammoth Lakes Visitor Center, (760) 924-5500, or the Mono Lakes Visitor Center, (760) 647-3044.
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect California's forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. For more information visit firewood.ca.gov.

- PASS DISCOUNTS: You must provide your pass and photo identification upon check in. If you received a pass discount for which you were not eligible, you must pay the difference in price upon arrival.
