Oh Ridge Campground is highly praised for its beautiful location near June Lake, friendly and helpful staff, and well-maintained facilities. Many campers enjoyed spacious sites with easy access to various outdoor activities, including fishing, hiking, and swimming. While some noted issues with noise, lack of shade, and aggressive squirrels, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many planning to return.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at **Site 124** and would not recommend this site.
The site was tight, and the picnic table was positioned away from our RV, which made the space feel even more inconvenient. The barbecue grill was also placed in a very awkward location and appeared as though it belonged to the neighboring site.
To make matters worse, the sewer hookup was not working. When we checked in, we were told it would be repaired the following day, but it remained out of service for our entire weekend stay. This was a major inconvenience, especially for an RV site where working hookups are an important part of what you’re paying for.

The site was also very noisy. We could clearly hear people from a different loop being loud at 3–4 AM.
I would not recommend this particular site and would suggest choosing a different site if staying at this campground.

It's a quiet beautiful spot to dry camp. Very clean bathrooms.
Unfortunately , the dump station was out of order, otherwise a perfect visit.

June lake town is wonderful, yummy coffee and food. It was raining so we didn’t get to do much hiking or lake activities.

We stayed August 31 through September 1. There was a mild storm two days before, but during our stay, everything was dry, and the sun was warm. The nights were very fresh and super windy. There were deer walking around the campsite which made it more magical and the bathrooms and showers were way closer than we thought. We stayed at spot 150 which was extra large compared to the units next to us. It has a big tree in the front that provided morning shade and a massive tree in the back that provided afternoon shade. The spot was better than we could’ve imagined.

We loved staying at Oh Ridge the first night! The views were beautiful and the sound of the coyotes howling from way up in the mountains to indicate first light was truly spectacular! The second night was extremely windy and the double wall backpacking tent did just fine, but the single wall backpacking tent, not so much. The bathrooms were close, clean, and well lit, but not bothersome. The beer boxes were sturdy and very large with ample space. We will definitely visit again!
