What Guests Are Saying
Oh Ridge Campground offers a stunning location with beautiful lake access and spacious, clean campsites, making it a favorite for families and returning visitors. Despite some issues with restroom accessibility and a lack of showers, most guests appreciate the friendly staff and the well-maintained facilities. While there are concerns about parking fees and campground maintenance, the overall atmosphere and scenic views make it a desirable camping destination.

The campground was clean and well maintained. The Staff was helpful and accommodating; however, there were too few bathrooms for the size of the campground and there no showers were available at the campground. It was basically dry camping.

Grew up camping at June Lake. Was extremely disappointed with how nosy and rude the camp hosts were. Breathe the wrong way and they’re in your campsite informing you of more ridiculous rules. Typical California. Won’t be returning any time soon.

One of the best views one could imagine! Host allowed us to pull in vs back in so the view out of the 40’ class a was incredible! Hosts were perfect, everything perfect. Didn’t use bathrooms so can’t comment on that. I so hope to come back! Lots to see in area. Eagles Landing Restaurant was wonderful. Hot Creek Geological Site was wonderful nearby.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, very quiet, no critters or insects, close to June Lake, mammoth, on the way we went to Whitney Portal which was AMAZING! On the way back it was Manzanar and Convict Lake, which was spectacular. We also went to the ever popular Schatts Bakkery in Bishop, Mono lake and Bodie.

First time in June Lake, not having the best experience at Silver Lake campground, then visiting Oh Ridge to dump and finding so much more! We booked the rest of our vacation and got to experience the view and lake. No cell coverage but went to the local library parking to have internet access. Oh Ridge! is a phenomenal place, and the staff was charming and joyful. We'll be returning for sure!
