This spot is your usual go-to family friendly campsite, but the river, falls and trails are truly wonderful! Be sure to keep a clean site, active black bear (and chipmunks, lol) in the area. Sweet host!

Campground is laid out nicely with paved and level parking at each site. Most sites are handicapped accessible. Picnic tables are concrete and not movable. The campground is near the McCloud river and a popular and busy hiking trail goes through the campground. There is water available in numerous spots. The pit toilets were filled beyond capacity and the odor from the venting chimneys was awful and the septic smell drifted across the campground during the heat of the day.
