Nice campsite but WAY too many ground squirrels hanging around the campsite. They managed to climb the screen door of my trailer and pushed the handle down and got inside. 😡

A beautiful spot on the river, just half mile flat easy walk to Middle Falls (also a loop drive to viewpoints for all 3 falls) Good trout fishing as well!

The overall campground was nice enough but this space was funky - it had several cut down trees across it, the parking space was quite a ways from the table and fire ring and it was too exposed to the neighboring camps - I left early because of it - but to be fair I had a good experience the previous few nights at another site

While the site itself is beautiful, the lady that is hire to host this campground is an absolute nutcase. Someone camped in our spot and when we brought it to her attention, she told us that we better go find a spot to do dispersed camping because she "couldn't do anything" about someone stealing the site I reserved a month in advance. She yelled at me and took my license plate number and then went on a tirade about how the forest service is underfunded and that she personally doesn't get enough time off. Totally unprofessional and I never even got to camp in the site I paid for.

One of, if not my favorite place to camp! Beautiful, clean grounds, toilets serviced regularly.

We did not have a good experience at all. The camp host had a problem about everything we did. She gave us warnings about EVERYTHING including using “too much” water, making “too much noise” which we weren’t at all. She said we weren’t allowed to leave ANY coolers out at all, so when we went to walk around we had to pack everything away which makes no sense cause we were coming right back. We were so scared to do anything cause we knew it would upset her.
Also, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING! They smelled horribly and it’s smelled all the way to our campsite.
The mountains and water were beautiful, but way too many negatives for what it was. We will never return.

I loved this campsite! The site is located close to the falls (under 10 minute walk) and bathrooms (under 5 minute walk). When it is quiet at night, you can go to sleep with the sound of the waterfall. The deer are shameless, it’s funny, they come right up to you! The campsite has shade, sun, a table, fire ring, and bear locker.
Only downside: we had a campsite neighbor with high tech super bright lights, that lit up their campsite plus our campsite (we just wanted to chill by the fire), and loud music.

I used two spots, this spot was good but it could use more shade. We had an RV with a awning but come noon until 5pm you are directly in sun. The campground are clean and easy to get around. If you select this spot might want to bring easy ups.
