Fowlers is one of the most popular campgrounds in Northern CA so expect it always full. Its location next to some of the most glorious water falls in the state make it an ideal spot for fishing, swimming, and hikes. The downside is the cleanliness of the rest rooms doesn't always keep up with the traffic. It's also a bit congested. You're not on top of your neighbors but you are close. Other than that like they say in real estate: Location, Location, Location!

Amazing place! Camp sites were spacious and close to the trails that lead to all the falls.

What a beautiful campground. Good space between the sites and the vibe was more family oriented. Fresh water tap near the campsites the only drawback was the pit toilets. Overall a great campground and we will return.

I was great... until while walking by the bathroom a woman blew dust on me with a leaf blower... when I yelled, hoping to give her the benefit of the doubt that I was getting blasted with dust.... we made eye contact, and she didn't stop. It sucked. Other than that out stay was great.
