I love that the camp hosts are doing such a great job with quiet curfew, etc.

The one thing that should be done on a regular basis, with the level of traffic, foot and otherwise, that occurs in Fowlers is that the bathrooms need to be full on sanitized routinely. To quote my spouse "hosed down".

Very nice campsites, most are fairly private. The outhouses were not as smelly and better maintained than in past years. The river was low but beautiful as always.

I've been coming here for 14 years... and my husbands family has been coming since before he was born. Lots of upgrades over the decades, with increased visitors to match. Still a beautiful river with lovely waterfalls. We just try to avoid the holiday weekends and peak season, since it can get crowded and more youngsters are around from the city to take selfies. We've also started to see some graffiti on the rocks the past few years... really wish those people would stay out of our mountains.
