Summit Lake North is praised for its great location within Lassen National Park, offering scenic views, easy access to hiking trails, and a beautiful lake for swimming. The campground is well-maintained with clean bathrooms and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite for visitors seeking a relaxing camping experience. However, some sites are closely spaced and lack shade, which may affect privacy and comfort.

B11 was a nice level site , close to lake and bathrooms. Bathrooms were flush toilets and were kept very clean and stocked well. The utility sink area to wash dishes was nice too. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice campground with new paving.
The lake was nice and warm to take a dip in at the end of the day.
Lassen NP was a great park to visit with less crowds and some good hikes.
