B4 at summit lake north campground was a nice spot near the lake but the site was cut in half by a huge tree that was uprooted. It would have been nice if the tree was cut up so we could have used the entire site and not be crammed in. Neighbors were really loud on Thursday night, they were yelling and hollering till midnight despite the entire campground being in bed. The rules say quiet time at 10pm but were not enforced.

This is an overall lovely campground. I didn't give a 5 star just because our site was in a very congested area at the end of the loop crowded with others. But the campground itself is great and centrally located to things within Lassen. It is pretty cripsy around the campground and east of the highway from the Dixie fire. There is a nice loop around the lake, but better hikes exist with a drive. We fit our 20 ft trailer in here just fine. But again our neighbors were right on top of us, kind of narrow werid layout. Our kids loved riding bikes around the loops, too.

Are designated campsite was BO9, loop B North summit Campground, was a parallel parking/camping spot off the main loop road; And because the loop is one-way, we could not open our awning on our camper because it would extend over the roadway. It really wasn't for me.

The site was lovely, super close to the bathrooms and the lake, but also right at the entrance of the campground so every car coming in drove right by us.

There were fires in the park a few years ago so lots of burnt trees nearby but the campground area is green and covered with trees. The lake next to the site is really nice and the facilities are great. The campground itself is small though so the sites while roomy are still very close to each other. But great experience overall.

What a great lake to relax around. Campsites are very open so there is little privacy but the lake and the great trail around the lake are worth it for the stay. Bathrooms were in great condition. No drinkable water available. Would still recommend just make sure to bring drinking water.

I loved my campsite. The scenery was beautiful -- though much of the forest is still devastated from the fire a few years ago. The weather was not totally cooperative -- but that goes with being in the mountains. But my hike was wonderful, and I took some beautiful photographs. All in all I love being at Lassen, and I love being at Summit Lake North.
