What Guests Are Saying

Cal-ida offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience with clean facilities and friendly staff. Campers appreciated the tidy bathrooms and convenient access to the Yuba River and nearby trails. However, some noted issues with noise from neighboring campers and occasional mosquito problems, as well as a lack of water availability at times.

Great place to camp. No one bothers you, other campers were friendly.
They turned off the water part way through. Would have been nice to have water the whole time.

The creek is awesome the only problem is other campers dont have there dogs on leash and anytime I was cooking dogs would walk up to my camp site where I have my dog on a leash...

Great smaller campground with access to Fiddle Creek to cool off. The only downside were the numerous helicopters flying logs off the opposite hillside at 6am.

Really nice site with a wonderful host. Walking distance to the Yuba River. Mosquitos were a killer in early June though- beware!

Camp master always checking on us. Just wish the bathroom nearest to my site was a little cleaner.
