Perfect location, close to LA. Perfect for a short getaway with a creek that runs through the campgrounds.

Great campground with big sites and many creekside sites. We had spot 35. We'll pick 39 next time for best creek access and proximity to restrooms. Restrooms were very clean and well stocked. Lots of poison oak but it's definitely avoidable if you stay on the trails and rocks. Camp hosts were pleasant and helpful. Good place for family camping, with the spacious sites and noise doesn't travel, except for the frogs at night. Couldn't hear other campers, even during days and evenings. We will definitely camp here again.

Gorgeous campground! Compost toilets were clean, and our campsite (#26) was right next to the water, would definitely come back!

No water available so make sure you bring in enough for all your needs. If you run out of anything, there is a big grocery store about 7.5 miles back down the road. Also, make sure you bring bug repellent. I was eaten alive by black flies but still the trip was overwhelmingly worth it. Excellent campground with lots of spaces with shade and next to a stream.
