Our first time to this campground and we loved it! We will absolutely be back! The campsites were good size and the location to the water was perfect! The bathrooms were pretty gross when we arrived on Friday, but the crew came in Saturday and cleaned them up nicely.

This is a favorite camp; love the trail and the boat launch area beach is beautiful. However, the campsites are super close together. I enjoyed my stay.

My favorite place to camp so far. The view of the lake every morning, along with the wild life (ducks and geese), was amazing. Peaceful and quiet. Nice to have flushable toilets. The addition of bear boxes is comforting. Great kayaking & paddle boarding opportunity, and the nearby boat ramp and Blue Water Beach are nice as well.

Restrooms were gross. The toilet paper was out all week and there was no cleaning during the week. There are too many people at the campground to only service the bathrooms once a week

I think that there should be more frequently scheduled services during the summer months. Restrooms and trash pick-up were every other day, causing a huge amount of trash piled on top of and around the dumpsters, which bears got into. This is detrimental to the bears! Restrooms were dirty and out of tp after first day, and we were the only ones wearing masks into buildings. Have never seen it so crowded. Social distancing away from campsite was difficult, as people along the trails and at the lake were oblivious. Camping is usually a time to relax, not so much this time.

No camp host on site and bathrooms were not maintained. Other than that we had a great time. We have been to LGV before and always enjoy it! The lake water is so clear and nice to swim and kayak in!
