Great little campground. Friendly host.
Campsites and Utilities (Electric and water) are backwards--on the wrong side of modern rigs. Door should be on table and campfire side.

We enjoyed ourselves stopping here on the way from San Diego to Portland, so we decided to stay two nights on the way back to San Diego. This is a wonderful place to hike and go birding along the Sacramento River. We saw a bald eagle on our birding adventure around the trails that surround the park. The restrooms were clean and the quarter shower was sufficient. We will most assuredly return on our next trip north.

The campground was tidy and well run. Our host was welcoming and helpful. Showers were clean and the cobwebs noted on our last visit we’re gone.

Was a nice quiet place on the Sacramento River. I prefer this to large campgrounds. Plenty of walking paths and pretty area.
