Marble Mountain Ranch

It is not easy to get across just how wonderful Marble Mountain Ranch is. We were anxious about how the week would go for our family of 4 with two teenagers, but this dissipated within seconds of arrival. There is a depth and breadth of expertise and care in how it is run that makes this a very special experience. The horses are loved, well-trained and contented, the staff are all adorable, the food glorious. We were fully occupied from morning until night, coasting from one unforgettable and enriching experience to the next. The ranch itself is stunning, and set in a spectacular landscape. Each activity was of the highest quality and it felt enormously luxurious to be in such capable hands throughout. It was a stretch for us financially but absolutely some of the best money we have ever spent.

Doug and Heidi provided a magical week for my family. The cottages were perfectly quaint, the food was wonderful. The horse rides were beautiful. We loved rafting. This trip will go down as one of our best.

Spent a week on the ranch with my mother and nephews. The ranch was very beautiful and well-maintained. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious. The staff was always informative,helpful, and fun. Horse riding, shooting, and rafting were a great experience. Many activities for all ages. The meals were fantastic. The night sky was amazing for star gazing. I cannot say enough about the trip, top notch and highly recommended.

My family just did a big trip there and it was all our first time and didn't know what to expect. It was amazing and worth everything to go!

Lodging- clean and comfortable! I first noticed how clean the tubs were specially for being at a ranch. You would think that they had just renovated they were so well taken care of.

Food- Heidi's cooking is beyond amazing. Made me slump in my chair it was so good. They have a different menu for breakfast and dinners with beautiful desserts. Lunch is refreshing!

Activities- They have a well planned schedule to keep everyone active.
- horse riding - The staff instructed us well on how to command the horses and be comfortable riding them. i was a complete nervous wreck about just standing next to the horse, but by day four i felt comfortable enough to hold on to the reigns with both hands on the mountain trails. Adam was also great on pairing us with a horse that fit our needs and personalities.
ATVs and Rafting were a favorite!
Shooting Range/Tomahawks/Bows and Arrows were great and you got to learn some patriotic history.
Swimming Pool was clean and refreshing to use at mid-day.
Paint Balling/ Arts and Crafts/ Animal Care/ Horse riding for the little kids.

Staff- Everyone did their part perfectly and worked together so well. They were personable and helpful. They were very accommodating to our group.

I could honestly write a full page report on how wonderful this place was for me and my family, but you need to just go and check it out for yourself! Go off and have your own adventure at Marble Mountain Ranch!

Our river rafting experience was great and exhausting. So, it was extremely appreciated that Marble Mountain Ranch is very well maintained, accommodations were excellent, and the views are unbeatable.
Well maintained: Grass was mowed, the horses well fed, cabins with fast hot water and high water pressure, and landscaping is top notch.
Accommodations: i enjoyed the interior design of the cabins with nice cowboy, horses, chicken art work. The restrooms are very spacious with plenty of towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable den with an electric heater.
Views: all around the cabins are horses. They have so many of them and yet i didn't smell horse manure. Past the horses is the view of the valley next to the mountain and the river down below. There are 4 dogs that greet you when you drive up. They roam between cabins porches hoping for food handout. They'll lay on your porch as guard dogs.
