Nevada Beach is lovely. However the bathrooms are very bad, no paper towel or seat covers and generally need upgrades. The bathrooms should be keep up better since there are so much if the public using it also because of the public beach and facilities.

The campsite was great. It's surrounded mostly by bushes, so it felt very private, and had a great straight on filtered view of the lake. The site felt very private from our neighbors. It says it's not great for tents, but small tents have a few spots that will work. We had our RV and a small tent and everything fit great. The bathroom is very close and well kept.

The physical facilities provided by the campground are in poor condition. 1) Restrooms with automatic lights that shut-off quickly while you're still in the restroom. 2) Restrooms without mirrors. 3) Restrooms without hooks to hold toiletries bag. 4) Restrooms with door locks that will lock without anyone inside the room. 5) Restrooms with toilet paper dispenser that has fallen-off the wall mount. 6) Restrooms with tile masonry missing (especially around the door casing).
The campground operators allow large RV's towing cars behind them to enter without additional "vehicle fee," while insisting on charging full "vehicle fee" to disabled individuals' vehicles (as a second vehicle in a campsite.)
There is only one AC socket for recharging (located at the entry station). Hosts allowed a e-moto (locked, and without the owner present) to utilize the one AC socket all day so that other campers couldn't recharge their cellphones.
The campground is a lovely area. People from the hot cities to the east of Tahoe escape their community on the weekends. Funny, they feel that they're "locals" in spite of not living in Lake Tahoe.

The sites are great, but I feel we were overcharged. We arrived with a camper van and extra vehicle (Toyota Forerunner) with a tent attached. Rather than charge the $10/nt extra vehicle fee we were charged a full site fee for the extra vehicle. In other words, two full site fees for one site. Other campers had motor homes, trailers extra vehicles and one or more tents without paying two full site fees for one site. This is the first time our extra vehicle has ever been charged this way. Beware.
