Amazing campground! First time it was opened through the winter for RVers- and we had a blast! Hidden away enough to experience nature but close enough to South Lake for a morning brew at Drink Coffee Do Stuff! We just bought a Truck Camper so this was our first tryout and what an amazing place to do so! Thank you Rec.gov for keeping this campground open for the winter- we went twice in one week.

Quite, no hookups as expected. To cold but just happy a park was available

I went to the campsite at around 7:45pm November 26, 2024. But there was nowhere checking in or any paper at the site. And there was no restroom or bathroom open or work. And there was not any other RV parking there. We felt scared to stay there with my two kids. Then I tried to find another RV camp. Luckily Tahoe Valley Campground hosted us.
