Very clean place to stay. All the arrangements are good. Our small family - my wife and 2 sons were very comfortable with small hut. We did camp fire out and also made nice dinner near camp-fire.

Unfortunately we only spent one night as we were passing through. It was really clean and the camp hosts were awesome, you can tell they love their jobs. We rode our bikes into town and did some shopping. The bike paths made this fun and safe. I will definatly camp here again. Hopefully for a longer stay next time.

This is our 13th year at William Kent over the 4th. Judy, Rich, Linda and her husband were excellent, attentive hosts. You can’t get a better spot close to the lake.

Good shade for many sites and easy access to grocery stores. It’s a big loop and I was able to walk to the beach across the street within 10 minutes. No showers. Restrooms are ok however there was no light at night if you needed to go. We went in the first week of July and it was around 83 degrees in the day and 45 at night. The site I stayed at was more on a hill so the ground wasnt exactly even.

The campground hosts were amazing. The lady in the office worked very hard to accommodate re booking cancelations. 10/10 for all their efforts

The campsite was beautiful! The hosts were so sweet, very helpful with an early check in, drove around checking on the sites multiple times a day, and always keeping things very neat and tidy. The bathrooms were always clean and stocked. The lake was a 5 minute walk from our site and the William Kent beach was beautiful! It gets morning to late afternoon sun but does get full shade around 4 or 5. There is a great deli adjacent to the beach with delicious sandwiches and gelato that we loved. Plenty of options to grab and go and they also had a few one-off items campers could need but have forgotten. We utilized Sunnyside rentals on our last full day to rent a paddle board and kayak for the day and it was so worth it. We set up camp on the beach and played with our water toys from 10-6. Would absolutely revisit this campground again! Also, there is a resident bear. His name is Boo. We saw him on our second night there while we were sitting by the fire with our dog. He just walked right down the road and didn’t even look our way. Very non-aggressive as they mentioned upon check in.

Site #19 doesn't have any level areas. very hard on us old folks. Additionally, the paved portion of the site is in dis repair and a very difficult grade for leveling a 33-foot motorhome.
The staff are very friendly, we have stayed @ other sites in the campground and haven't had any other complaints. I recommend this site #19 be revied for upgrading.
Thank you, I hope this gets read.
