What Guests Are Saying
Horse Creek Campground offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere, making it a delightful choice for families and nature enthusiasts. While some amenities, particularly restrooms and showers, were closed or in poor condition, many visitors appreciated the cleanliness of the portable toilets and the overall beauty of the site. The campground's proximity to Sequoia National Park and friendly rangers contributed to a positive experience for most campers, despite minor maintenance issues.

3 star only for lack of water on site; possible water main issue. Site was built and maintained by Army Corps of Engineers. Nestled just shy of 3 Rivers, location is ideal for Sequoia NP, made a great resting point after Yosemite and KC NP…nearby Slick Rock for R&R. Don’t waste your time with pulling trailer in and out of Sequoia, wide open spaces here vs the uphill twisty pull to Potwisha.

We love horse Creek it's a great place to visit The rangers are really nice very informative they always stop and check up on people there's a few of them that actually came back and brought our little girl a souvenir we love that campsite we recommend it to our friends all the time now if people would just tie up their dogs and keep their kids in their own campsite it'd be a lot more funner

I had high expectations, but I have to give it one star. The location is really beautiful — such a shame. When we arrived, the toilets and showers were broken and not working, which is a real problem for those staying in tents. The pitch was on a slope, making it impossible to sleep in a tent, and the grill was full of rust with parts falling off, so cooking was impossible. In the end, we had to change campsites.

Fantastic park but the spots can get quite small for a big fifth wheel. Do your research and you’ll be fine!
