What Guests Are Saying
Horse Creek Campground offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere, making it a delightful choice for families and nature enthusiasts. While some amenities, particularly restrooms and showers, were closed or in poor condition, many visitors appreciated the cleanliness of the portable toilets and the overall beauty of the site. The campground's proximity to Sequoia National Park and friendly rangers contributed to a positive experience for most campers, despite minor maintenance issues.

It's a very beautiful campground. Though it's near the highway, it is still quiet in the evening. Although the site is actually not close to the lake in Feb, you can see and easily walk to the lake from it. It seems no firewood is for sale, but it is available in the Lemon Cove market, which is a 7-min drive from the campground.

Excellent place to stay and close to Sequoia as well. Very spacious sites and nice views. I'd stay there again. Was close to some fresh fruit stands in Lemon Cove that had awesome oranges.
There was a little noise from the highway but not too bad at all.
Unfortunately the dump station and main restrooms are out of order for an extended time and that WAS NOT listed on the web site. If it had not been for this glaring oversight in communication I would have rated it 5 stars. As it was I had to drive to another town and pay to dump at a commercial RV park.
