Kings Canyon is the quite gem of the National Park System. It will be even better when Kings Sequoia Park Service Management open all the campgrounds in the valley and most importantly open some percentage of sites to FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.

We had an amazing experience at this campground and can’t wait to come back next year! The sites are spacious and private, which made for a peaceful stay. We even had a visit from a few curious bear cubs, which was such a memorable surprise. It was a chilly weekend when we went, so we’re excited to return in the summer to enjoy the water. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and scenic getaway!
