What Guests Are Saying
Sentinel Campground is well-maintained, clean, and set in a beautiful location near the river with ample hiking opportunities and great privacy between sites. Campers appreciate the friendly rangers and the peaceful atmosphere, especially in quieter months. While some facilities had minor issues, overall, guests enjoy a fantastic experience in nature.

Such a great campground - lots of good shade, and having the river so close by was an unexpected bonus. The trees at our campsite were perfect for hammocks! We also did the Mist Falls Trail, which was just a short drive from the campsite. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sentinel.

Campground would benefit from a camp host. Our neighboring sites had generators running and were up partying late into the night. Aside from that, loved the location of the campground. Since it was over 100 degrees during our visit and showers were unavailable, it was nice to walk to the river and cool off. Had a bear sighting (mom and two cubs) on the morning of our check out, which was cool and scary at the same time.
