What Guests Are Saying
Sentinel Campground is well-maintained, clean, and set in a beautiful location near the river with ample hiking opportunities and great privacy between sites. Campers appreciate the friendly rangers and the peaceful atmosphere, especially in quieter months. While some facilities had minor issues, overall, guests enjoy a fantastic experience in nature.

While I did enjoy the sceneries and the organization of the whole park but the sanitization of the park was horrible. They didn’t provide a sanitized bathroom. Bathrooms were filthy. There was no hand wash liquid. The showers were out of service. It was a dangerous situation. Organizers at Sentinel campground might want to give a visit to Yosemite National park and specifically Curry Village to learn a few lesson.

The campground is beautiful.
I was dismayed to see the many reserved campsites that did not ever get used. I don’t like having no walk up campsites. There were a lot of people that probably slept in their cars at the parking lot at roads end.

Kings Canyon is great. I love being able to cool off in the water.

Perfect condition.
Even though drought and wild fire makes us early withdrawal from camp site, camp site itself and service persons, like rangers are perfect. I wish I can go there as possible as.
