Sylvan Harbor RV Camp And Cabins

this place is actually fire 💫🐎🔥 the campsites themselves are very small and not too amazing, but they look to be awesome spots for RV's. The people here are super nice, and I wasnt worried at all about our stuff getting stolen. There are power boxes that are really nice for all of your energy needs, and the bathrooms are pretty nice too with warm water, soap and nice showers (my only complaint is the lack of door locks on the toilet stalls). The place puts on a big yard sale and you can get all sorts of good stuff from it, i wish we werent camping or i would have brought home a whole strawberry planter with well growing strawberry plants and some other cool stuff ☆ overall i would totally come back here maybe even to experience the cabins which looked great. the general area is good too, it is like 5 minutes drive away from a really nice beach and is also surrounded by a lot of cool trails and places to go.

I love this campground! The location is great and perfect for a family getaway. Everyone was respectful and quiet during our stay. Each campsite has outlets, the bathrooms are clean, and the showers are free which is such a nice bonus. They even provide free firewood, and booking was super easy. The nightly rate is very budget-friendly, and overall I couldn’t ask for a better camping experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice sites, some have fire pits, some don’t. Each site has a shed. Owner’s really nice. Sean got our plug working, gave us quarters for laundry, gave us detergent- free of charge, and let us use a screwdriver. The weather and the site are beautiful.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Redwoods. Sean, the campground host, is extremely welcoming and helpful. We booked a tent site for our 24 foot camper which was actually better because we had an amazing private woods backdrop. The bathrooms are older but clean. The laundry worked great. Campground was quiet and clean. Many people live here but all we encountered were welcoming. Easy close access to the Redwoods and several surrounding towns. If you stay, definitely go down to Slice of Humboldt Pie for an amazing meal. Check out the local beaches and Murphys market. Definitely a great stop along our way up the coast!

Cute little place only 5 mins from the beach! It was nice waking up surrounded by beautiful redwoods and having a clean bathroom close by the campsite. Owners were very nice and gave us a spot last minute. This will be our go to place from now on!
