So ridiculous how many “rules” are out here. We knew we weren’t allowed to ride OHVs within the campground, but forest service will not allow vehicles to even be removed from toy haulers. Our friends in the site next to us could not even use their trailer because they couldn’t unload their RZR. Campground is dusty. We left the day of our reservation and will not be back.

It was great to relax here by the lake. Mostly quiet on the lake. The fires in the area during this time was slightly unpleasant. The lake level was pretty low but it was mentioned on the website.

Beautiful place, and we had great campsites right by the water. Rangers did there job but weren't overwhelming. I will definately go back.

Over all the place was nice, great views. But it was very windy and at times was unbearable to be outside

I went to this campground with least expectations as our first choice was a one at North Lake Tahoe. But to my surprise, this was a beautiful campsite. We got the site facing the reservoir. Sunset was beautiful. Also the site itself was well maintained and pretty decent.

The road was awful. My reservation tag wasn't on my table. There was absolutely no where for my tent. We had to turn around and leave after all that my vacation was completely ruined and the dang thing would not let me cancel the reservation so charged for a trip that didn't happen
