My family and I had a WONDERFUL experience. The camp host was so friendly and went out their way to ask how things were going and if we needed anything. The campgrounds are clean! I even watched the camp host cleaning them up thoroughly after each person left. I wish the lake was closer but we took a 4x4 down the trail to the water and we made the best of it. We will definitely be coming back.

Cute little campground if you like forest camping. Campground road a little tight and like many Forest Service campgrounds some of the trees need trimming so as not to damage RVs. Some road noise from Highway 89 a mile away was evident some of the time, but minor. The shoreline at nearby Prosser Creek Reservoir did not make for the most pleasant beach experience but the reservoir offers other activities.
The hosts, Bill and Sharon were amazing: friendly, on top of their chores, and they bent over backwards to give me a hand when I wasn't feeling well.
Not sure Recreation.gov will allow me to say but I wrote a much more comprehensive report on my blog RussOnTheRoad.wordpress.com.

Lovely little campground! Although we were only there one night, I would definitely go back. My one comment would be that ALL FS campgrounds ban campfires. With fire danger extremely high, as dry as it is and with the air already filled with smoke from wildfires, it makes no sense to continue to allow at some sites. State and Federal should be consistent, no fires! Thank you!

Nice quite and peaceful RV sites. Not all with shade and it was pretty hot.
Toliet was clean. I would have rather had a campsite closer to the water though.

Quiet, tree blessed sites with great camp hosts. No water service at the campground when we were there, but we brought water so we were good. We will be back!

The camp hosts are excellent. The camp was clean and they kept the “riff-raff” under control. We were having issues backing in to our site and the camp host helped us and then gave us some advice that helped when we left and will come in handy in the future. Thank you so much!
