This is an absolutely wonderful place!
The layout is super for traveling in groups with the way two units are able to face each other and to have tables in between. The close location to the Donner Pass museum and trail fit right in with our travel plans.
Again, great place and the lady checking us in was so much help and has a wonderful personality!
Put this location on your favorites should you be in the Truckee area.

We loved Glamping in our Airstream here at Truckee Village Camp RV. It’s so nice, clean and beautiful. The staff here is amazing. My husband was especially impressed with Alex who went above & beyond for us. We enjoyed the free Saturday breakfast that had a wide variety of delicious breakfast choices. We came here with several of our best friends, who also thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be back many times.

Amazing RV camp grounds. Very clean and modern. Bathrooms are big and well keep. The grounds are well maintained.
Beautiful Big grassy Dog park. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bonus: Our Saturday complementary Breakfast was fresh coffee, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit and yogurt. Great conversation with other RV travelers. Highly recommend staying here.

FIRE SUE ALREADY! It’s sad to see from past reviews that this place has been receiving complaints about Sue and her brother for over 12 years and they are still here wreaking havoc on the people who stay here. I met 2 people who left because of Sue and her constant abuse and several others who have experienced the same. I have witnessed her trashing the residents in public, yelling at residents to move their RVs literally inches for the most absurd reasons that make zero sense after being told how to park when arriving. She is beyond rude. Aside from that her and her brother literally barricade people in their sites with walls of snow. They will come after you clear your drive and plow back and forth creating a wall of boulders undoing your work. And they obviously do it to the people they don't like and keep their ally’s driveways more clear. Sue will also make up rules to harass people but only apply them to some as there are clearly others not following the made up rules that are not documented in the rule book. I don’t know why she has been kept around so long. I thought maybe it was because she did a good job at managing the property but I am now doubting that as you can’t drive on the grounds when it snows, people are constantly getting stuck, the trash is completely snowed over so you can’t throw anything away, they don’t put any salt anywhere so people are slipping and falling left and right. You can’t access common areas because you would have to trek through waist deep snow. Even the wheelchair ramp is completely snowed over. The sites flood when it rains and in some sites your RV will be completely surrounded by a pool of water. She refuses to address issues brought to her about sites. I could go on and on about how poorly Sue manages the grounds. Outside of Sue and her Brother the rest of the staff is amazing. Alex is great, the other grounds workers are fantastic and hard workers. The facilities are clean, and the women in the office are all friendly and helpful. This place could be so enjoyable if you listened to all the complaints about Sue. Your business would be much better off.

Alex and his team are truly the best!

Both my family and my sister’s family have fallen in love with this RV park—it feels like home rather than just a place to park. The incredible hospitality and genuine care from the front office staff make all the difference.
Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back again and again.
