I had a pleasant time here (just here one night). The utilities work fine. Wifi a bit slow but usable. Small pool and hot tub (the jets were not working on the hot tub). Nice manager. Level site.

It's very quiet here despite the train that passes by a couple times a day. Great community. The property manager does a great job of maintaining the grounds and is always available.

We stayed here a week. It is a pretty clean park. But that they really care about their tenants is not true in my eyes. They have poles that stick partially in their driveways and they are not even 2 feet tall which is not visible when sitting in a huge truck. I sadly bent the side passenger door. I told the manager and she had absolutely no empathy for the situation. Even though the regulations have been changed since 2016 that poles should be at least 3 feet tall.
Her only remark was its not our problem how you drive. If their tenants really mattered they would make those poles higher and empathize with the person that has damage to their car. This company will not even spend a little money to make life easier for the people that pay to stay there. I even wrote the company it belongs to and never received an answer! That is poor business in my eyes!
I would not recommend staying here at all!
p.s. They close the pool all day Mondays to clean it. I have never heard of that in any other RV park. And we have been to a lot.

We stayed here for a long time and very much recommend this place. Management is great and tries very hard to keep it clean, safe and fun environment. Wish spaces had a little more yard space but cooling off in the pool or relaxing in the spa. Shooting some pool or using the club house kitchen or relaxing on the big sofa and comfy rug is an awesome plus. There is two restaurants and one gas station very near. Super quiet at night. Very roomy showers available too.

We were super happy to find this place late at night. We needed somewhere to escape the heat and plug in to charge our batteries. We were able to pull in around 10:30 at night. They didn't discriminate against us because we have a vintage trailer that doesn't meet their appearance requirements or their insurance company requirements like other places we called. The place itself is mostly concrete/blacktop, not a lot of grass for the dog but it worked out great. The bathrooms/showers were pretty nice and clean. There is a pool and hot tub available. I would absolutely come back if I was in the area and needed somewhere to go.
