Great camping with friends! Sites were clean and in great condition. No issues over three nights and will return again.

Camp sites are clean and well spaced out. My only negative comment is that there is no easy way to fill your RV with water.

The mens restroom was nasty and unuseable. We had to take our husbands into the womens. The shower in the woman’s restroom worked the first day but not the second day. Was disappointing

The park rangers at New Hogan lake are professional and compassionate! Of all the places I've camped, they are by far the best!!

Well maintained facilities. We came in the off season so it was practically empty. Fires were permitted, so many marshmallows were roasted. Good time!

The campsites are nice and well maintained, but on a ridge making them all slope to one side. The bathrooms are not as well maintained and the showers are coin operated. Otherwise it was a beautiful area that was well worth the drive. (Cell signal is spotty so don't plan on relying on that for anything)

Actually maybe 3.5 stars... there seems to be no camp host on site just yet. Bathrooms were a bit janky, sites slightly more trashy than normal. Campground was maybe a quarter full... quiet, pleasant. Shoulder seasons are best here... summers are crazy hot. Ranger was through a couple of times a day... reserved tags on the posts were way out of date and old. If one was looking for an open site there would be a need to get out of the car and look at tags as many sites were open but tagged as reserved with old past dates and the site was actually available...

Water faucets in bathrooms did not work. Bathrooms were dirty. Purcell was stolen within hours of being delivered. Website was not intuitive.
