Bathrooms could use some paint and maintenance. A dump station is available but for some reason the handles of the freshwater spigots that accept hoses have been removed throughout the campground. Apparently the campground operators don't want campers to refill their freshwater tanks which becomes problematic for longer-term visitors; in our case we need to refill our tank about weekly, but we stayed for two weeks.

Everything was very organized, no loud noises or garbage. Ranger presence but not overbearing. Peaceful surroundings, nice site, walking distance for a swim or kayaking. Respectful campers. Will return with my family.😊👍✌️

The campsite was good and spacious. This campground is huge! It was so nice next to the lake. But DO NOT GO into the water for swimming. After we came out of the water, there were small bugs/worms stuck to our legs all over and it was difficult to remove them. Please do not go into water for swimming. You can kayak or boat. Otherwise campsite was nice.

Great place to camp. Price is right, plenty of water to explore. Camping with friends we both had shade. Restrooms were clean and having showers was a plus. Plenty of parking at the boat launch. About a hour outside Sacramento good deal.
