What Guests Are Saying

Minersville Campground offers a cozy atmosphere with beach access, well-maintained restrooms, and a pleasant level of privacy due to its limited campsites. Many guests enjoyed the welcoming environment and nearby amenities, such as the Trinity Lake Resort & Marina. However, some visitors noted concerns about noise from weekend groups and found the pricing for certain sites to be high, especially when lacking hookups.

We enjoyed camping here for 2 nights, the mornings especially were beautiful. We had showers at the sister camp which is very close by.
The toilets were very clean and there was plenty of water.

Site 3: Beautiful site, expensive but awesome. Great access to the lake.
Bathrooms close but not too close. Pretty decent privacy between sites.

Awesome spot for weekday adventures. Basically a private beach for the time being. Just watch out for some of the sharper rocks!

We had a wonderful time at Minorsville Campground. The limited number of campsites gives it a pleasantly private feel — never overcrowded. If the water is low, be prepared for a bit of a walk to the lake. The bathrooms were well maintained and consistently stocked throughout our stay.
One suggestion for the campground: dedicated paths to the water that don't route through neighboring campsites would go a long way toward improving the experience for everyone.

We also spent some time at the Trinity Lake Resort & Marina — the people there were fun and welcoming. A great add-on to the trip. We had a wonderful time at Minorsville Campground. Great lil campground! Close to the lake, flushing toilets, close to food and drinks, hopefully I'll bring a boat next time.

Always love this campground and lake. This particular trip there were less fishermen and more weekend groups there for fun. Lots of loud music and noise after quiet hours but sunday night was calm and quiet.

The campground itself was great. Small, cozy, beach access, restrooms. Our favorite place to go!
