Place is clean and very secluded. I liked how friendly and informative the staff was. I recommend you bring an axe to chop up the wood that is on the ground so that it fits the fire ring--no wood sticking outside for fire safety. Honestly, liked this better than the campgrounds inside the Yosemite Village because of the privacy.

I was very impressed with Yosemite, the campground was awesome. The hosts were very good and informative. Even though it rained while I was there, I loved the camping experience there.
I will be going back to camp.

Beautiful campground near Sentinel Dome, Taft and Glacier Point. Great site across from the bathroom, felt private. Campground was full and busy but quieted down at night. Will definitely be back.

The high elevation makes the temperature much cooler than down in the Yosemite valley. It’s about a 40 minute drive down to the valley, but so worth it being able to come back to cool campground that is surrounded by trees, a creek, and an overall beautiful place to camp. We checked out a few other campgrounds while at Yosemite and will definitely return here.

Well-paved roads, sizable parking pads, level tent pad, bear-proof food locker, potable water, flushing toilets. As is typical, roads are narrow and winding with natural obstacles (boulders and trees).

The bathrooms were cleaned everyday. That’s pretty good.
