Campground was nice but a little uneven and about 7 feet downslope from the parking area. Bathrooms were a short walk uphill with no lighting, so being flashlights. The neighboring sites are very close but I didn’t mind it.

Our short stay at Hodgdon Meadow campground was great. The camp was quiet and clean, and the restrooms were clean. It was easy to get a reservation to camp with our van. It's a great, uncrowded location, just inside of the park entrance and a 40 minute drive to the valley.

We had our camp chairs taken from our campsite. The campground host took no action when we reported the situation. We found the chairs in a neighboring site the following morning and a park ranger looked into the matter. I expect to not return to this campground.

Our spot was flat and had space for 2 tents are so. Camp host/staff has done a good job with posters about etiquette and tips for campers. Restrooms were not far.

The campground itself was incredible--well kept bathrooms and sites and so close to Yosemite valley. There was a bear in the campground but staff responded well and alerted us to the bear in the area when we returned to our site around 10 PM.
However, the site itself was terrible for tent camping (site 26). I'm not sure how a tent only site is allowed to be on such a slope. The table for the site is adequately leveled using a log, but there was no where to sleep that wasn't on a slope. Beautiful place, terrible site :)

Wonderful campground in the most beautiful place. This campground is a great place to jump off into the Yosemite National park. Whether you are hiking or taking in the sights. The one thing to caution is that since it is in nature, not all campsites are "even" some are tilted so be aware of that. The campground was well taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly, nice and informative. ENJOY!

Really nice campground. This site can be a bit close to others, but everyone was very respectful of space. Great spot with shade!

I was at 41. That area of the campground is on a slope. There was barely enough semi-flat space to pitch my 2 person tent, the ONLY place was right next to the bear container, and near the table. It was the most cramped site I've ever camped in. Also the spaces are too close together, and there is no vegetation between sites for privacy. I had other campers walking right thru my site to go back and forth to the bathrooms.
I've camped at a lot of campgrounds, and this was one of the worst sites. I was disappointed.
